Additional Locations : NA Primary Locations : OH, Kent, 1500 N. Mantua St., 44240 Requisition ID : 197723 Position Overview As the Project Manager for Trade Show and Event Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in growing Davey's tree and landscape care business through Face-to-Face marketing.

You will be responsible for collaborating closely with the marketing department and key business development teams to develop and implement trade show strategies and plans.

This role requires a proactive, dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering high-impact trade show and event experiences and excels in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

This position reports to Davey's corporate marketing department. Job Duties Develop and execute trade show strategies to enhance service and solutions visibility and improve lead generation.

Collaborate with key stakeholders on all trade show and event logistics, including booth design, material ordering, transportation, and setup.

Work closely with marketing and sales and business development teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging at events.

Oversee all aspects of external vendor relationships in the trade show space. Attend significant trade shows and events to oversee setup, manage booth staffing, and ensure the experience aligns with the company's goals and vision.

Develop trade show and event calendars that can be distributed to stakeholders. Participate in the creation and coordination of pre- and post-show event marketing strategies, from content development to execution.

Monitor marketing and lead generation activity and impact and provide detailed reports on outcomes and ROI. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine our trade show and event strategies.

Qualifications 10 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Proven experience in trade show management and event planning.

Strong project management skills and mastery of logistics, with a proven track record of managing complex trade shows and events smoothly and efficiently.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams, vendors, and partners.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel and participate in events as needed.
