Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight of the North American Account Management organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop account strategies that support client goals and drive revenue expansion
Design and implement initiatives to improve client retention and foster long-term partnerships
Required Qualifications
5+ years of account management experience and 3+ years in a leadership role
Knowledge of SaaS operating and account management models
Proven track record in growing a book of business across various account sizes
Experience in hiring and developing leaders and individual contributors
University or Bachelor's degree
