Job Summary

The Helper plays a key role in the day-to-day tasks of bathroom renovations, helping our skilled tradespeople and project managers maintain the flow of work. You'll assist with demolition, cleanup, material handling, and other essential tasks that ensure the renovation process runs smoothly and efficiently.

What Youll Do :

Assist in preparing the site for renovation (covering floors, moving furniture, setting up tools, etc.).

Load and unload materials such as tiles, cement, tools, and other supplies.

Assist skilled tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, carpenters) with tasks as directed.

Follow safety procedures and ensure the work site is safe for all team members.

Any additional tasks required to support the renovation process.

What Were Looking For :

Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

Prior experience in construction, demolition, or general labor is preferred but not required.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
