Could you be the full-time onsite Material Controller in Denver, CO , US we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of shipping, receiving, purchasing, and inventory management activities at the Denver Airport site, contributing to operational excellence and supporting key business functions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as maintenance, repair, and logistics teams), ensure compliance with company guidelines for purchasing and warehousing, and maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory—and much more.
We’ll look to you for :
Initiating, processing, and tracking all purchasing activities at the location using company-provided tools and methods, ensuring compliance with company rules and guidelines,
Managing procurement of stock items, parts, consumables, office products, and tools for all site activities,
Taking ownership of all stocking, inventory, and warehousing activities, including material storage, stock rotation, security of high-value assets, and warehouse cleanliness,
Conducting shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading using industrial lift trucks and equipment, and maintaining records of all transactions and transfers,
Providing accurate and timely reporting related to purchasing and warehousing activities,
Supporting maintenance and repair activities at the site as needed,
Operating industrial lift trucks and equipment in a safe and efficient manner,
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain and planning operations.

Demonstrated experience with supply chain activities in an industrial environment (mandatory),
Knowledge of industrial terminology and tools,
Familiarity with MS Office applications,
A valid driver’s license,
Ability to work independently and take initiative as a self-starter,
Flexibility to work different shifts as required,
Strong organizational and communication skills,
Ability to pass a background check for Airport Security,
Lift truck experience (preferred but not required).

Base Salary Range : $65,000 - $85,000 (+benefits, 401k)
