Law firm is seeking a Research Analyst / Librarian to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities
- Perform research for attorneys
- Conduct library orientation for new attorneys, paralegals, and staff
- Maintain library webpage on the firm's website
- Manage Lexis and Westlaw libraries
- Arrange interlibrary loans
- Order, cancel subscriptions, process new materials, and reconcile invoices
- Update library catalog
- Provide backup coverage for library staff absences as needed
