We're seeking a

• skilled and dependable AV Technician
• who's passionate about audio-visual systems and ready to grow with a company that's making a big impact in education and community spaces.
• What You'll Do
• Install and service AV infrastructure : speakers, amplifiers, digital signage, video screens, and cabling.
• Occasionally lead small AV projects (crew of 3 or fewer).
• Work in environments like K-12 schools, universities, auditoriums, and places of worship.
• Travel to job sites throughout New England (mileage reimbursed).
• Top Skills We're Looking For
• Strong AV experience with systems like
• Creston, BiAmp, Q-SYS
• , and
• CTS
• certification (preferred).
• Solid troubleshooting and installation skills.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to grow.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and pass a DOT physical.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
• Nice-to-Haves
• AV certifications (CTS, etc.) - not required but a big plus.
• Experience in structured AV environments.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $38.00 / hr.
