As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout a residential location. Your visible presence and strong customer service skills will support a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be the first point of contact for any security-related concerns, responding quickly and communicating clearly with all individuals you encounter. What Youll Do :

  • Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist residents, visitors, and staff with questions, directions, and general security-related matters.
  • Follow post orders and written instructions specific to the residential location.
  • Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and client representatives to support security-related needs at the location.
  • Complete detailed and accurate daily activity reports and incident reports as required.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
