PEX Technician

The Process Excellence Technician will lead activities focused on improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity in the manufacturing processes and supporting areas.

Responsibilities :

• Collect, track, control, analyze, review and report data daily on process cycle time and downtime.
• Support data collection, review, analyze and report on team performance and support overall feedback loop to internal customers.
• Support and lead problem solving sessions and initiative to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Cost.
• Lead initiatives on shop floor organization and standard work implementation (5S).
• Assist and support PEX awareness to train PEX tools and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Interact with factory, regional and global support teams for improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Cost.
• Assist and support the launch of new products (NPI) into the factory.
• All other duties assigned.
