Assignment Type : Travel Nursing – Operating Room RN

Unit : Operating Room (OR)

Start Date : November 24, 2025

End Date : February 23, 2026

Duration : 13-week contract

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Shift : Rotating 8-hour shifts (0645-1515, 0830-1700, 1100-1930, 1445-2315)

On-Call : 3-4 call shifts per 6-week schedule

Weekends : 3-4 weekends per 13-week assignment

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2190 - $2350

Qualifications – OR RN Jobs

Active Minnesota Registered Nurse license

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience

Travel nursing experience required

Level I Trauma experience required

Proficiency in Ortho, Spine, and Urology procedures

Experience with XI Robots in surgical settings

Ability to care for diverse patient populations

Epic EMR experience required

Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities – Operating Room Nurse

Deliver holistic, patient-centered care in the Operating Room

Perform independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing functions

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

Develop and revise individualized care plans for surgical patients

Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Delegate tasks to other clinical support staff

Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices

Promote and improve practice standards and the environment of care

Provide exceptional care to neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults
