The Consumer Marketing & Creative team develops multi-channel creative marketing assets across Condé Nast brands to drive subscriptions, memberships, and audience growth through consumer-facing events.

Senior Video Producer & Editor | Consumer Marketing & Creative
The team drives revenue and engagement by creating best-in-class video content. This role is a hands-on producer and editor responsible for the entire production process from concept development and scripting to filming and post-production. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with an editorial eye, technical expertise, and the ability to create content that drives consumer engagement and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production, including ideation, scripting, storyboarding, shooting, and editing.
- Follow strategic thinking and design principles to develop and execute compelling video concepts tailored to various brands that drive business growth.
- Produce 2-3 commerce shoots per month and manage post-production / editing for a variety of videos (approximately 6-8 per month).
- Produce and edit Consumer Event marketing sizzles for tentpoles such as The New Yorker Festival, Teen Vogue Summit, Allure Best of Beauty, and more.
- Develop tune-in campaigns for major tentpole events (e.g., Vogue Met Gala, Vogue World, GQ MOTY).
- Produce and edit videos to support subscription and box continuity businesses (Allure Beauty Box & GQ Box).
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to produce high-quality content.
- Edit videos using industry-standard software, ensuring polished final products.
- Maintain brand consistency and storytelling excellence across video projects.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, Project Management, and Video Strategy team to leverage data and analytics and provide recommendations to optimize performance.
- Maintain regular communication with the Project Management team and colleagues on timelines and progress.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design and consumer revenue generation.
- Manage and organize raw media and finished assets with proper storage and backup for internal and external partners.
Required Experience / Skills
8-10 years of proven experience in video production, editing, and content creation.Strong portfolio demonstrating production, editing, creativity, and engagement outcomes.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and sound design.Experience operating professional video equipment and troubleshooting technical issues.Experience producing content for digital and social platforms in a consumer-revenue environment; experience with marketing, advertising, or e-commerce preferred. Experience with out-of-home campaigns is a plus.Adept at motion graphics and animation.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and technology.Salary & Benefits
Base salary range : $125,000–$132,000. Salary offers based on skills, experience, and education. In addition to salary, a generous employee benefits package and discretionary bonus opportunities may be offered.
