Estimated Weekly Salary Estimated Weekly Pay Range : $2200 - $2360 per week NICU RN Job Details Location : Fargo, ND 58104 Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 24 / 2025 - End : 2 / 23 / 2026) Healthcare Setting : Level III NICU, 40 beds Nursing Shift : 12-hour day / night rotating shifts (includes every other weekend) Hours : 36 hours per week guaranteed Employment Type : Travel RN NICU Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent Level III NICU RN experience Active North Dakota or Compact RN License (or willingness to obtain) Current BLS certification (American Heart Association required) Current NRP certification Experience with EPIC charting system highly preferred Ability and willingness to float to PICU and PEDS as needed Proficient in neonatal assessments, IVs, umbilical lines, CPAP, nasal cannula, oral and IV medications, OG / NG feedings, and G-tubes Must not reside within 60 miles of the facility NICU RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates, including assessment, diagnosis, care planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation Assist with procedures such as intubation, spinal taps, PICC line placement, IV starts, and admissions Utilize advanced NICU equipment including conventional and high-frequency ventilators, nitric oxide, MedFusion and Smart pumps, Spacelab monitors, and MAK for medications Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1 : 1 to 1 : 2 for critical / intermediate infants and 3 : 1 for growing / feeding infants Participate in a comprehensive orientation program, including Epic (OneChart) training and unit-specific mentorship Adhere to facility protocols, including badge in / out procedures and role-specific scrub colors Apply now to join our healthcare team and explore travel nursing jobs in Fargo, North Dakota!
