Key Responsibilities
Respond to product functionality and technical support requests from enterprise business clients
Assist customers with application support needs and offer guidance on functionality and workflow recommendations
Provide feedback to the product development team on enhancements and improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office or related field
Demonstrated experience providing customer or technical support
