Position : Marketing Coordinator

Located in our Denver office, this role supports our Marketing Team. We seek a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude. The role reports to the Director of Business Development and involves working in a hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement marketing and business development initiatives for Denver and Portland offices.
• Assist in planning client events, seminars, webinars, and manage related logistics.
• Maintain content for directories and rankings, manage mailing lists, and support attorney onboarding.
• Draft and edit marketing materials, proposals, and client communications.
• Support PR activities, social media, and internal communications.
• Coordinate attorney participation in marketing events and maintain the firm’s experience database.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to support marketing and business development efforts.

Qualifications :

Compensation : $29.62 to $35.79 per hour, with full benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
