Job descriptionStrong technical understanding (web, databases, cloud) STEM or related technical degree, as the environment is highly technical. Minimum 10 years of experience in product management roles. Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and large-scale technical products. Ability to gather and analyze data to solve unique problems. Must be able to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in fast-paced environment Ability to evaluate and communicate complex technical content in a clear manner. Strong facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, including technical, non-technical, external and internal stakeholders. Extraordinarily detail-oriented with excellent organization skills Ability to operate effectively with limited supervision; self-starter with a high level of initiative; strong sense of ownership and urgency Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices. Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product development practices. Familiarity with modern software frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, .Net and PHP. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

Job Description
Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the entertainment industry is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their team and drive product management activities for a suite of complex technical products. This role requires a proven track record of driving product strategy, execution, and delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring engineers can focus on enhancements.
- Design story points, manage roadmaps, and maintain direct client communication to ensure needs are met.
- Collaborate closely with other product managers and the hiring manager; not an isolated role.
- Expected to drive the product forward, take initiative, and influence the team—not just manage tasks
- Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices
