Harris School Solutions - Remote
Harris School Solutions is seeking a Client Transition Coordinator who will provide support to the members of the various departments including sales, professional services and client support.
You will ensure accurate and timely communication between clients and internal stakeholders. In addition, the position will work to ensure orders for hardware and third-party vendors.
What your impact will be :
- Utilize internal tools to build, configure, and maintain client communications and transitions between sales, professional services and client support
- Perform quality assurance testing of site configurations
- Create and maintain documentation of current and future processes
- Coordinate continuous implementation support
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholder teams to provide product support and issue resolution
- Work as a team in a fast-paced environment
What we are looking for :

- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem Solving skills
- MS Office Suite

- Familiarity with TeamSupport, Monday.com or Aha
- Previous experience in a position that demonstrates proficiency working with technology
- Experience with K12 or local government clients
