Job descriptionCompetitive Compensation : $330,000 base salary with potential for increases. Generous Bonus Opportunity : Additional earnings from infusion, labs, and ancillary revenue after partnership. Sign-On Bonus : $20,000 upfront, plus an additional $30,000 upon partnership eligibility. Comprehensive Benefits Package : Medical, dental, vision, malpractice, CME allowance, and retirement plans. Relocation Assistance : Provided to ease your transition. Professional Development : $3,000 annual CME allowance, including license, dues, and subscriptions. Degree : MD / DO in Rheumatology. Certifications : Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology. Licensure : Eligible for Iowa medical licensure.
