The Residential Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily operations and administrative functions of the Waldorf Astoria Residences New York. This role provides comprehensive assistance to the Residential Leadership Team to ensure the seamless management of the property and the delivery of exceptional resident experiences. In addition to administrative duties, the Residential Administrator will serve as the receptionist and first point of contact for the management office, greeting residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism, poise, and warmth. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, polished communication, and a commitment to upholding the Waldorf Astoria's legacy of refined service and luxury living.
