Summary / Job Objective :

Salt Lake City based Rocky Mountain Recycling Services, is a leader in sustainable recycling solutions, specializing in paper and plastic materials. We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented salesperson that wants to jump in and learn about the business, while growing their own career and opportunities on the way.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Client Acquisition : Identify and engage potential customers interested in recycling paper and plastic.
• Relationship Building : Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
• Sales Support : Assist in creating sales strategies and proposals to meet customer needs.
• Market Exploration : Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets.
• Handles supplier complaints promptly and effectively. Following up is crucial.
• Practices effective time and territory management.
