Retirement Plan Specialist

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Work with clients to obtain necessary information for annual reporting

Review documents submitted by clients for completeness and accuracy

Prepare required 401(k) plan government filings, including the IRS Form 5500

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age

Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred

Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure, ROBS, and IRS / DOL Regulations is preferred

Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to work in an autonomous environment
