Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating a positive dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and control costs.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
Qualifications :
