Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with fully underwritten life insurance carriers to align with strategic goals

Identify and secure new carrier partnerships to enhance FUW product offerings

Collaborate on product development and lead negotiations on compensation models and production targets

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in the life insurance industry, focusing on fully underwritten products

Proven success in managing strategic carrier relationships

In-depth knowledge of life insurance underwriting and product design

Experience in change management and organizational integration
