Physical Therapist (PT, DPT) – Contract Opportunity

Location : Winter Haven, FL

Facility Type : Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Duration : 13 weeks ( Strong potential for extension)

Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 or 11 / 24 / 2025

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week

Compensation :

• Local Pay : $58 / hour
• Travel Pay : $2,150 weekly take-home
