What Youll Do

As a Community Support Specialist, youll work one-on-one with adults in their homes and local communities to support them in reaching personal goals. Youll play a key role in fostering independence, safety, and dignity for each person you serve.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Promoting safety, respect, and the rights of individuals at all times
• Providing structured, person-centered support at home and in the community
• Observing and tracking progress to support the development of meaningful goals
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborating with coworkers and participating in team meetings
• Following all ACCS policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery
