Key Responsibilities
Consult with customers to understand their scheduling needs and determine the best option
Maintain a dedicated home office workspace free from personal disruptions
Provide continuous availability throughout scheduled shifts
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
High school diploma required; college education preferred
Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
Familiarity with supporting consumer products and / or services
Ability to adapt to different types of customers and use positive language
