We’re an award-winning, fast-growing company in Lakewood, OH looking for a friendly, detail-loving Office Admin / Scheduler to help keep our painting projects organized and on track.

What You’ll Do

• Call new clients to welcome them and walk through next steps
• Organize project details and schedules using our internal systems
• Work with our in-house designer to help clients finalize color selections
• Prep job folders with everything our painting crews need
• Keep clients informed and excited about their upcoming project
• Help out with general office duties and team support

What You Bring to the Table

Strong organizational skills—you love checklists and calendars

Friendly, clear communicator—especially over the phone

Tech-savvy—you’re confident with computers and learning new systems

Ability to think on your feet—

You like being part of a fun, fast-paced team

What You’ll Get

$19–$22 / hour  depending on experience
