Key Responsibilities
- Provide positive customer service to current students, prospective students and parents and guiding them through the financial aid process.
- Provide general administrative support for the Office of Financial Aid.
- Assist student and parents with filling out necessary forms.
- Assist in the maintenance of student financial aid files.
- Prepare and process documents to be provided to internal offices / personnel, external entities, and correspondences with students.
- Handle complex and highly confidential material with the utmost attention to sensitivity and care, in accordance with College policy and applicable regulations.
- Assist in supervision of student workers.
- Oversees document processing for student aid files.
- Assist with administration of Federal Work Study.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

A high school diploma is required. The equivalent of at least one year of college level training in office administration tasks.
Experience
At least two years of experience in an administrative office environment, particularly one dealing directly with the public.
