We are currently seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate resides in Southern California , is passionate about real estate law , and thrives in a fast-paced, efficient environment. You will manage cases from intake through resolution, with matters ranging from lease and zoning disputes to easements, HOAs, and boundary conflicts . While trial experience is appreciated, most of the firm's matters are resolved without going to trial.
