American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Baltimore, Maryland.

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, ARRT-CT certification, and a Maryland state license for a day shift opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a CT department using Philips 7500, Philips Brilliance 64, and Siemens Force scanners
  • Day shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 6 : 30 AM to 7 : 00 PM
  • Weekend coverage required every other weekend
  • Holiday coverage required as scheduled
  • No on-call required
  • Potential to float within the specialty as needed
  • First-time travelers are accepted
  • Travelers may be expected to float within the hospital within their scope
  • Compliance with all training modules and CPI certification may be required
  • Return travelers must have been away at least 6 months; former staff must be separated for 12 months before returning as a traveler
  • Scrub or dress code requirements are per unit policy
  • RTO requests must be submitted initially and may not exceed 7 days, with special rules for requests over 4 consecutive days

    • Requirements

  • Active Maryland state license or Compact License required if applicable
  • Current ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year CT technologist experience required
  • Two satisfactory professional references from recent supervisors or managers required
  • Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
