Our top apparel client is looking for their next Product Developer!

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full product development lifecycle from initial concept through production handoff.
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to ensure alignment on product vision, cost, and delivery goals.
• Source and develop fabrics, trims, and materials that meet brand standards and quality requirements.
• Oversee sample management, including fit approvals, color standards, and pre-production samples.
• Communicate daily with vendors and manufacturers to track timelines and resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate product specifications, tech packs, and documentation throughout development.
• Support costing analysis and ensure product development stays within budget targets.
• Monitor market trends and materials to inform product innovation and seasonal development.
