RN Hospice Case Manager

Overview

• This position is based in Lakeland, FL and requires travel within Lakeland / Auburndale / Polk City territory. It is full-time, M-Friday, 8am - 5pm. Compassionate Care Hospice, an Amedisys Company, is seeking a dedicated RN Case Manager Nurse to join our exceptional team in Lakeland. Our team is known for going above and beyond-not only for our patients, but for one another. Compassion, collaboration, and commitment are at the heart of everything we do.

Salary Range : $80,000-$86,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities. Final compensation may vary based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Technology Used

Hospice RN Case Managers utilize and leverage :

Orientation, Onboarding & Training

You will then continue your on-boarding working directly with nurses in our program. On average our orientation for an RN is 7-9 weeks, however is individualized according to your needs and experience.
