Were seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to support the Employment Legal team in building efficient systems, managing cases, and ensuring smooth collaboration with business partners. This role combines legal administrative support, litigation management, compliance coordination, and project management. You'll play a critical role in streamlining processes, improving documentation systems, and driving operational excellence across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Legal & Administrative Support

Draft, review, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.

• Manage employment intakes, conduct initial reviews, and track response timelines.

Maintain organized files, documentation, and correspondence in Google Drive.

Schedule legal proceedings, meetings, mediations, and depositions.

Support invoice management with outside counsel and vendors.

Litigation & Case Management

Track deadlines, filings, and statutes of limitations.

Coordinate discovery, including document collection, review, and production.

Assist with pleadings, motions, briefs, and court filings.

Act as liaison with outside counsel to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Compliance & Investigations

Assist with compliance initiatives and employment law training materials.

Maintain resources and best practices for HR and management teams.

Project Management

Identify and resolve blockers to ensure progress.

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to align priorities.

Conduct retrospectives to capture lessons learned and process improvements.
