Salary : $24 - $27 per hour

Your Day As our Senior Living Marketing and Sales Manager, your day will be filled with meaningful interactions — giving tours, guiding families through care options, and building lasting referral relationships. You\'ll respond to inquiries with empathy, represent Legacy Village at events, and keep leads engaged through consistent follow-up. Your work will directly impact occupancy and help families find peace of mind.

Your Hours This is a full-time management position, typically Sunday-Thursday, with occasional weekends and holidays as needed to support events or tours.

Requirements

Ability to meet and exceed the WSLM selling expectations

Experience managing a CRM system

Genuine passion for working with seniors and their families

Strong communication and people skills

Organized, self-starting, and results-driven

Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Experience in sales, specifically in senior living, is a plus for this management position!
