Medical Social Worker - Oncology

Overview

Presbyterian is seeking a Medical Social Worker  to assist with patient discharges from the hospital and coordinate care of patients with complex needs that require multile services over time as well as handling crisis intervention.

Type of Opportunity : Full Time (0.9 FTE / 36 hours per week)

Work Schedule : Monday – Friday 8 hour days
