Office Coordinator
Location : Metagenomi
Reports to : Senior Facilities Support Supervisor
The Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and guests at Metagenomi, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role supports the Facilities team by overseeing day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination, while helping maintain a smooth, safe, and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities :
Front Desk & Visitor Management : Greet and assist visitors, manage check-ins, and coordinate with staff.
Administrative Support : Handle reception duties, mail distribution, copy / print services, and company-wide communications.
Procurement & Inventory : Manage purchasing and restocking of office and breakroom supplies.
Facilities Coordination : Schedule maintenance, respond to janitorial requests, and oversee housekeeping services.
Security & Access : Manage building access and maintain security protocols.
Event & Room Scheduling : Coordinate meetings, event spaces, and conference room setup.
