HealthCare Support is seeking a Risk Adjustment Coding Specialist to join a mission-driven team in the Orange, CA area. This full-time, salaried role offers autonomy in the field and remotely.
Location :Schedule :
- Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
- $80K - $95k per year (based on experience)

- Supervise daily operations of risk adjustment coding and review teams, ensuring workflows, productivity, and quality standards are met.
- Coach and mentor risk adjustment specialists and auditors to improve coding accuracy, documentation capture, and compliance with requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business, Public Health or related field required.
- Professional coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, CCS-P, CRC, RHIT, RHIA)
- Prior experience in risk adjustment coding and documentation review
- Experience supervising staff or leading teams in a healthcare operations environment
