ROLE IMPACT

As a National Account Executive, you will drive strategic revenue growth by building lasting relationships with national clients and promoting a full range of renovation and construction services. This high-impact role is suited for an ambitious sales leader who thrives on client engagement, negotiation, and expanding market presence in sectors such as multifamily, hospitality, and commercial renovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage multiple national client accounts and projects with efficient time management

Develop and implement marketing strategies to support nationwide growth objectives

Represent the company at trade shows, golf tournaments, and networking events

Collaborate on pricing strategies and negotiate scopes of work and contracts

Act as primary contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service and execution

Analyze market and customer trends to identify new business opportunities

Promote all company services across multiple verticals to a national audience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

3 5 years of sales or marketing experience in construction or renovation

Proven success in national account management and business development

Established network and client relationships in multifamily, hospitality, or renovation sectors

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Must possess reliable transportation and be open to 20%+ overnight travel

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience negotiating commercial contracts and scopes of work

CRM software proficiency
