Job descriptionSix months to two years of prior building maintenance experience, is preferred Good mechanical knowledge / skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems Ability to work both independently on assigned tasks with a sense of urgency Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments, and extreme temperature conditions Ability to work with a sense of urgency Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to lift moderate to heavy amounts of weight, with or without reasonable accommodation Willingness to work a flexible schedule A valid driver's license is required Effective June 1, 2024, seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available. Year-round schedule availability is required to be considered for employment

Responsibilities :
Our Maintenance Department is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time position of Building Maintenance Technician. As part of the maintenance team, this individual will primarily be responsible for light maintenance and light construction. Flexible availability is needed for Monday through Friday. The pay range for this position is $18.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
