Property Manager

Our client, a real estate investment and development firm, is seeking a Property Manager to join their organization. The hours are flexible between 8 : 00am-6 : 00pm, with occasional evening or weekend availability as needed. This role is onsite five days per week in Manhattan.

Responsibilities :

• Lead property management and maintenance teams to deliver best-in-class service and ensure smooth daily operations at a property in Midtown
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for tenants and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, capital plans, and financial reporting, including profit / loss variance analysis and forecasting
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality service and compliance with contracts
• Partner with Design & Construction on building projects, tenant buildouts, and communication with clients
• Coordinate amenity programming and events to drive engagement and foster a sense of community
