Job Description
Hanini is currently looking for a prudent Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial / residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, tenant satisfaction and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all aspect of the assigned properties
- Create business strategies and business plans that suit tenants for the assigned properties.
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards.
- Check for standards-compliance and schedule maintenance.
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.
- Negotiate lease / contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses.
- Construct and manage annual budgets by predicting needs and analyzing variations, data, and trends.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the employees at the premises.
- Source and build relationships with prospective tenants to expand business opportunities

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, preferably in property management.1-3 years experience in commercial real estate or sales.1-3 years’ management experience is a plus.Solid knowledge of office software such as Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM.Excellent English (written and verbal). Spanish is a plus.Requirements
