Key Responsibilities
Manage complex API billing inquiries and serve as the primary contact for enterprise customers
Leverage Stripe expertise to troubleshoot payment processing issues and manage subscription lifecycle events
Monitor and manage chargeback cases, providing insights to reduce future occurrences
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in billing support, payment operations, or enterprise customer support
Extensive hands-on experience with the Stripe platform, including navigation and reporting
Proficient in payment processing concepts and subscription billing models
Experience with chargeback management and dispute resolution processes
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
