Are you a culinary leader with a passion for bold flavors, refined presentation, and high-level execution? We're seeking an Executive Chef to helm the kitchen at Little Maven—a destination restaurant blending traditional steakhouse excellence with modern culinary innovation.
What We're Looking For :
- A seasoned Executive Chef with a full tenure in the executive chef or CDC position for the past 1 to 2 years
- Deep knowledge of modern cuisine, but not afraid to push creative boundaries
- Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team
- A relentless focus on quality, consistency, and guest experience
- Strong understanding of cost control, inventory, and kitchen operations, FOH training and private event operations
