Digital Infrastructure Advisory Role
Lead origination and execution of M&A, capital raising, and advisory transactions within the North American Digital Infrastructure space. Drive M&A advisory mandates including buy-side and sell-side engagements. Oversee end-to-end deal execution, including valuation analysis, due diligence, and financial modeling. Collaborate with product partners in debt and equity financing transactions including IPOs and structured financing. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, infrastructure funds, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors, serving as the primary point of contact for key clients in the Digital Infrastructure space. Develop deep industry relationships with key C-suite executives and key decision makers in investment funds. Monitor industry trends across the data centers, fiber, and towers space to anticipate clients' needs and identify new opportunities. Drive a content-led advisory service, providing key insights into subsectors, and thoughtful strategic advice around investment opportunities.
Requirements : Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, International Business, or Political Science, plus 5 years of progressive post-Bachelor's experience in the position offered or as Investment Banking VP or Associate in an international bank. All required experience must have included supporting the execution of M&A, capital raising, and advisory transactions within the European Digital Infrastructure space; overseeing / conducting financial modeling (including sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis, merger modeling, accretion / dilution analysis, dividend discounting, DCF, LBO, and 3 statement construction), valuation analysis (including Terminal Value analysis related to Cap Rates and Equity Free Cash Flow yields), financial due diligence, and preparation of deal materials including pitch books and investment committee presentations; collaborating with other bankers to identify new business opportunities, prepare client proposals, and execute marketing initiatives; and monitoring industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments affecting the Digital Infrastructure landscape to anticipate clients' needs, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored banking solutions. FINRA Series 79 license required.
