What Youll Do

• Strategy & Innovation : Drive the execution of our Exceptional Candidate Experience Journey and build a roadmap for modern, tech-enabled recruiting.
• Business Partnership : Collaborate across HR, Operations, Marketing, and leadership to forecast talent needs and deliver measurable hiring impact.
• Process Modernization : Pilot AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, optimize workflows, and implement structured interview guides to boost efficiency.
• Data-Driven Decisions : Launch analytics dashboards using Workday Reporting to track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and candidate satisfaction.
• Team Empowerment : Coach and mentor, a high-volume TA team, fostering growth, accountability, and strategic influence.

Expected Pay Range : $106,000-$130,000, salary exempt (Salary is based on experience and will be offered at the appropriate level)
