A company is looking for a Technical Support Consultant who is fluent in German and English.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via emails, calls, and chats
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers step-by-step
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and document interactions
Required Qualifications
Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written)
1-2 years of experience in customer support in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support
Personal laptop / computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
