Organizational and time management skills are key to manage office responsibilities, including answering the phone, setting appointments, greeting customers, ordering contact lenses and glasses, filing, and entering charges and insurance information.
Must perform duties and responsibilities in a professional, timely, and personable manner. Previous optical experience not necessary but preferred, and 2+ years of customer service, sales, and office management experience preferred.
