12 / 23, 1 / 3, 1 / 16 7a-4p all shifts

1 / 26, 1 / 30-2 / 2 7a-6p all shifts

DESCRIPTION

On-site clinics for employees and family members

Ages 6 weeks and up, seeing employees and their dependents

Avg 2-3 patients per hour

Possible 2nd location (can be done virtually at the clinic)

Primary Care with some OccMed / Urgent Care

EMR : eCW (eClinicalWorks)

REQUIREMENTS :

2-5 years of APP experience in a clinical setting

Experience in Urgent Care or OccMed is a plus

BLS and / or ACLS required

IN Active State License

Must be comfortable with all ages
