Overview :

Harp & Crown, part of Schulson Collective, is seeking a talented and passionate   Sous Chef   to join our dynamic culinary team. Known for its innovative menu, elevated dining experience, and lively ambiance, Harp & Crown provides an exciting environment to showcase your culinary expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Culinary Leadership :   Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Menu Execution :   Execute menu items with precision, ensuring presentation and taste align with the restaurant's standards.
• Team Management :   Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Inventory & Cost Management :   Assist in managing food costs, inventory, and ordering to ensure efficiency and minimize waste.
• Health & Safety Compliance :   Ensure all kitchen operations adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Problem-Solving :   Address challenges proactively and maintain composure in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
