Seeking a 3-5 year Insurance Defense Attorney

Your Day-to-Day :

Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions.

Attend / chair hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and settlement negotiations.

Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel

Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Requirements

Previous experience civil litigation experience, particularly in the areas of Insurance Defense, a plus
