About this role : ?

As a Physician in Family Medicine , you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.? In this full-time role you will provide outpatient primary care, seeing 18-20 patients (all ages) per day.

This position includes a? $1 5 ,000 ?s tarting bonus,? and up to $ 2 0,000 ?in relocation a ssistance for eligible primary household moves .

You will practice at Washington Fields Clinic

Clinic hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5 pm. A 4 day x10 hr. work week or a 5 day x8 hr. wor kweek are schedule options. ?

Office Call (Phone) will be evenly distributed by our providers. ?

What youll bring : ?

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine?

Residency training in Family Medicine?

Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline?

Active, unobstructed Utahmedical license, or the ability to obtain one?

Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process?
