Accounts Receivable Specialist – Nashville, TN
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Nashville, TN. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers competitive pay and the chance to grow into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customer invoices and payments.
Monitor accounts for overdue balances and follow up promptly.
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
Previous experience in accounts receivable or related accounting role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
